This Return & Refund Policy applies
only to physical products purchased directly from Ivory Luxe Travel.

does not apply to travel services, trip planning, bookings, consultations, digital products, or any travel-related services.

- Branded merchandise
All travel services, itineraries, consultations, bookings, and digital offerings are governed by separate terms and are non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, products must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear
